What quality grades do you sell?
We only sell Lushentic quality grade. Our bags and wallets are made with authentic leather and original hardware. We do NOT offer any lower quality grades such as mid-tier.
Do you offer other brands?
No. We are specialized in Chanel only.
Where are you based?
We have a small factory in Guandong (China), and a customer service team that is US-based.
What payment methods do you accept?
Given replica is prohibited by most online payment processors and PayPal Business, currently we accept payments via Wise, PayPal FF, bank wire transfer, Payoneer and Crypto. You can pay with your credit card through Wise, PayPal FF and Payoneer.
Do you offer any discounts?
We typically don’t offer discounts as we aim to provide you with competitive prices for real Lushentic quality. We can apply discounts to wholesale customers, and percentages will be based on quantity.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Shipping is included in the price and we ship with the fastest couriers like FedEx Express.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between 4 and 12 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping to the USA takes less than 1 week.
What happens if my package is seized?
We fully cover you in the unlikely event that your package was seized by customs, and we will resend you the order one time free of cost.
What’s your return policy?
You can return any order as long as there is any manufacturing or quality issue. So you don’t have to return an order to us, in these rare instances we will offer sending your order again.
